It looks like the upcoming re-imagination of Sleeping Beauty starring Angelina Jolie is going to be even more of a family affair than we originally anticipated. "Maleficent" has now enlisted Jolie and Brad Pitt's children Pax, 8, and Zahara, 7, who will be joining little sis Vivienne in director Robert Stromberg's fantasy thriller, Us Weekly reports.

In August, a representative from Disney confirmed that 4-year-old Vivienne had signed on to play a minor role as the younger version of Princess Aurora (Elle Fanning). It hasn't yet been confirmed what roles Pax and Zahara will play.

According to Us, another of Brad and Angelina's children, 6-year-old Shiloh — who had a brief role alongside her dad in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" — was supposed to appear in "Maleficent" as well, "But she was bored and not in the mood during the day her part was supposed to happen, so she ended up not being in the film."

Told from the villain's perspective, "Maleficent" explores the past of the protagonist and self-ordained "Mistress of All Evil" from the Disney animated classic "Sleeping Beauty." In July 2010, Jolie expressed her excitement over playing the role of the princess' nemesis. "I loved her when I was a little girl," Jolie told MTV News. "She was my favorite."

The film, which is scheduled to hit theaters on March 14, 2014, will be Jolie's first acting gig in two years (since "The Tourist" in 2010) and also stars Fanning, Juno Temple, Miranda Richardson and Sharlto Copley. Three-time Oscar nominee Stromberg, meanwhile, was responsible for the art direction of "Avatar" and "Alice in Wonderland."
