Oct 31st 2012, 16:42 The only thing crazier than Disney acquiring Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion in cash and stock considerations on Tuesday? That Disney plans on making three new "Star Wars" films, starting with "Star Wars: Episode VII" in 2015. That means in three years, Disney will not only release a sequel to "Marvel's The Avengers," but also the first "Star Wars" film since "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" in 2005. (2015 is going to be loaded for geeks; Warner Bros. is rumored to have a "Justice League" film arriving that year as well.) Despite coming up with a treatment for the next "Star Wars" trilogy, Grand Poobah George Lucas won't direct "Episode VII"; he wants to give the franchise over to a new generation of filmmakers. So! Which filmmakers have the best chance of heading off on the Millennium Falcon (or whatever the "Episode VII" version of the Millennium Falcon is called)?
