It's a boy for Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green. Fox confirmed on her Facebook page that the couple have welcomed their first son into the world.
Fox gave birth to their baby boy, Noah Shannon Green, on September 27. "He is healthy, happy, and perfect," Fox wrote on Facebook. "We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love. Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly."
While this is the first child for the couple, Green has a son from a previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil, 10-year-old Kassius. Fox was first reported as pregnant back in April. And, in an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine around that time, she opened up about her mothering tendencies. "I want at least two, probably three kids," she said. "I've always been maternal."
In a 2008 interview, Green expressed his own desire to have more children with his lady love, in addition to all the pets they own together (which reportedly have included a potbellied pig, dogs, two cats, two birds and a squirrel). "We've lived together for three years. We have tattoos of each other's names," he said in an interview. "I would love more kids. Right now, our biggest problem is rescuing pets from pet stores."
The actors first met on the set of the sitcom, "Hope & Faith," in 2004 before getting engaged in 2006. After a brief split in 2009, the couple later got engaged for a second time weeks before they got married in June 2010 in Hawaii.
"I feel like I'm with my best friend," Fox told MTV News about Green earlier this year when she was out promoting her film, "Friends With Kids." "I've been with him for so long, so it feels natural and comfortable."
