All three were employed during her appearance on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" last night, but the latter was a little... distracting. The 19-year-old chatted with Jay in a navy blue vintage Moschino skirt, red satin pumps and a black Anthony Vaccarello bustier. And even though we're slowly but surely getting used to the young singer's over-the-top sexy outfits, we were caught off guard by just how little fabric covered her top half. Was she wearing an actual top or just a glorified bra? The provocative bralette was definitely a bold choice for the former Disney star (even though it may just be a step up from Miley's unfortunate wardrobe malfunction moments).
