On Nov. 14, Panettiere's BMW collided with a Geo Prizm after she ran a red light through an intersection. According to a report obtained by TMZ, the "Nashville" star, 23, was driving in the right lane through the intersection when the other driver made a left turn into her lane -- instead of into the left lane. A witness confirmed to authorities that Panettiere had a red light at the time of the incident. Both vehicles were towed from the scene, but thankfully, no one was seriously injured.
