Microsoft executive Michael Anguilo spent years benefiting from the pervasiveness of the technology. Now the PC boss is the star of his very own viral video.
In a recently released clip (courtesy of TMZ) filmed at Anguilo's 40th birthday bash, the Microsoft vet can be seen performing an NSFW ditty alongside rapper Too Short.
Hosted at a Seattle bar, the party reportedly cost Anguilo's wife $25,000. But it certainly seems worth it for the executive, who can be seen getting very down with his bad self, repeating every lyric to the rapper's profanity and sex-laced hit "2 Bitches."
Los Angeles-based rapper and producer Too Short (also known as Too $hort) is perhaps best known for his 2006 hit "Blow the Whistle," although he has also dabbled in the adult film industry with the 2003 movie, "Get In Where You Fit In."
Anguilo, who has worked at Microsoft for over 16 years, according to the Daily Mail, is the first group product planner for the Information Worker division and has held program management roles in Microsoft Research as well as on the Excel, FrontPage and core Office product teams.
Interestingly, the video dropped on the same day that Microsoft began taking pre-orders for its Surface tablet, which is priced starting at $499 for the 32GB model and $699 for the 64GB model.
As the point man for Windows partners, Anguilo has been in the spotlight a lot this year due to Microsoft's decision to build its own tablet instead of outsourcing the undertaking to one of its hardware partners, many of whom will now have to compete with Microsoft in the tablet space.
Microsoft is trying to reposition itself as a hipper company to compete with the likes of Apple and it's wildly popular iPad. Whether Anguilo's turn as a wannabe pimp who "took two bitches to a hotel" and "told 'em both 'you know I won't tell'" remains to be seen.
This is not the first time Microsoft and rap have mixed with questionable results. In June, the company apologized for a performance at a the Norwegian Developer's Conference, which featured lyrical turds like, "I'm a computer gen-i-us / The words micro and soft don't apply to my penis."
